Use What You Have Decorating by Lauri Ward
A rather plain book, but a great help in understanding design principles and inspiration for moving things around in your house for no-cost redecorating.
Check your local public library for beautiful books on decorating for free ideas. Better Homes and Gardens has a wonderful website with lots of fun things, too.
