Help Making Whole Wheat Bread

Hi Cindy. I am cleaning my kitchen right now, and listening to one of your archived shows from quite a while back called Balancing Motherhood, Homeschooling, Home Business, OR ALL THAT YOU DO…and Staying Sane! 

Anyhow, in it you mentioned that you had been listening to someone teach about whole wheat bread, and you said she had donated several lessons to the mommy grab bag for the expo.  Do you know which one that is. I would love to hear those lessons on whole wheat bread. I am trying to learn how to make whole wheat bread. I have not got the hang of it yet! lol

She has a super ebook for free when you sign up for her mailing list—which is SUPER! Also, look under her articles. It takes you to a section of her site that has TONS of recipes, tips, and other goodies. Also, if you need any supplies, grains, equipment or tools for your kitchen, she has literally EVERYTHING. You will love her! We go WAY back!  🙂

Also, look at The Bread Beckers. They also have lots of great supplies and tools. They are in GA, so I buy my grains from them. I went to their store a while back for their live all-day classes and was in HEAVEN. They have an incredible warehouse of grains, tools, equipment, and helpful gadgets. Also, they have a huge studio for cooking demonstrations. I LOVE to see Sue teach. Her cookbook that SHE wrote (she sells a lot of others too) is one of my essentials. I am on my second copy—wore out the first one. The Bread Beckers are amazing. I have done business with them as long as I have known them.  Here is the page on their site with some great recipes:

Also, look for their newsletters. They always have a neat recipe in it. I think that they have them all archived on their website. GOOD STUFF!
