I See Some Improvements…

Hi Cindy,

I wanted to tell you a short story of what my 10 yo dd said to me. I had been reading Ministering To the Heart of Your Child and had left it on the table in the kitchen. She apparently had seen it there.

Friday night, we were on our way home from the mall and she asked me this question. “Mom, have you been reading a parenting book?” I told her that I had and asked why she wanted to know. She replied, ” I thought you had. I have seen some improvement.” She went on to say that I had praised her more during the last two days and she was impressed. I thought I was going to lose it.

Thanks so much for this powerful book!!!!! It is working well with her and my other 3 younger ones are hopefully noticing an “improvement” in me too. I am enjoying your books and tapes greatly. Thank you for being a light for us homeschool moms.

WHAT A HOOT!

I just have to tell you how much this delights me! I have read this to everyone here at the house. TOO CUTE! Don’t you LOVE the way that children think?

I am so proud for you! That is one of my favorite books. That was one of the hardest books I have ever written–it was sooo personal. The lessons I learned in that book were tough, tough heart lessons. If I had “missed it” on those lessons, I really think our whole life would be different. So, you can imagine how personal that book was. 🙂

This delights me! I pray for those who get that book. I want to see God bless their homes sooo richly. Your email sounds like my prayer for you is answered! Praise God!
